- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Island Family Tours cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
4. Booking and Payment
- When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract with Island Family Tours.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is required at the time of booking, or a deposit may be required with the balance due at a later date, as specified during the booking process.
- We use secure third-party payment processors. Your payment information is subject to their privacy policies and terms of service.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or fees. Requests for changes should be submitted as early as possible.
7. Tour Operators and Service Providers
- Island Family Tours acts solely as an agent for the Operators. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Operators or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
- You acknowledge that participation in tours and activities carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.
8. User Conduct
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
- Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail and chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Island Family Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
